Product Description | Anti-chloramphenicol antibody is developed with succinated chloramphenicol-KLH as the immunogen. The antibody is affinity purified with chloramphenicol immobilized on agarose. The purified antibody is conjugated to peroxidase (HRP) through reductive amination. The conjugates are tested for application in direct-competitive ELISA for quantization of free chloramphenicol with an un-optimized sensitivity (IC50) of 1 ng/mL. |
