Product Description | Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-MBP antibody is developed with full length bovine myelin basic protein as the immunogen and affinity purified with an immuno-dominant MBP peptide. The peptide sequence is identical for most of the isoforms of mammalian myelin basic proteins. The purified antibody is conjugated to peroxidase (HRP) through reductive amination.
