Product Description | ING1 is a tumour suppressor. It is reported that ING1 phosphorylated at serine126 has increased stability. Affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-p33 ING1 (phosphor ser126) is developed based on its phosphorylated site (ser126) and absorbed with non-phosphorylated ING1 C-terminal peptide. The antibody was utilized in studies of ING1 phosphorylation by immunoblot and immunofluorescent staining. |

Purification | The antibody is affinity purified with the p33 ING phosphor-ser126 peptide on agarose and absorbed using the peptide with the same sequence without the phospho group. |
Specificity | The antibody recognizes p33 ING1 of human and mouse; it does not cross react with other members of the ING family. |
Applications | ELISA (0.25 - 1.0 µg/mL); WB (0.25 - 1.0 µg/mL); IF (1:50) Note: The investigator must determine the optimal working concentration for each specific application. |
