Product Description | The affinity purified rabbit polyclonal anti-carboxymethyl-lysine antibody was developed using a carboxymethylated protein as the immunogen. The carboxymethyl lysine specific antiboy is then affinity purifie using ε-N carboxymethyl-lysine on agarose. This antibody could be utilized for the detection, quantization and isolation of proteins/peptides with carboxymethyl lysine residues. |
