Pan (Ɛ-N) Carboxymethyl Lysine Antibody, HRP
|
| Product Description | The anti-pan (ε-N) Carboxymethyl Lysine (CMK) Antibody is developed using carboxymethy lysine KLH as the immunogen. The antibody is affinity purified with (ε-N) carboxymethyl lysine conjugated agarose, followed by the conjugation with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The product can be used for the detection and quantization of advanced glycation end-products that contain carboxymethyl lysine residues. |
| Species | Rabbit |
| Formulation | 500 µg/mL in HRP stabilizing buffer containing 50% glycerol |
| Immunogen | Carboxymethy lysine KLH |
| Purification | The antibody is affinity purified with (ε-N) carboxymethyl lysine conjugated agarose. |
| Conjugation | The antibody is conjugated with HRP via reductive amination. HRP/antibody ratio 2:1 |
| Specificity | The antibody recognizes free carboxymethyl lysine and proteins or peptides with carboxylmethyl lysine residues. There is no cross reaction to acetylated or methylated proteins. |
